 Is it just me or have they changed the amount of makeup she's wearing since the Developer diary about the story?
(link at the button) 

I personally prefered the version with makeup but that's just me.
Btw i'm not complaining i'm just pointing it out!

the demo that we got was an earlier version. I believe the one play on the live stream is the one that will be on the game itself. Also if you notice Cassandras hair is black in the demo but on newer previews/trailers it is much shinier and white.

Actually Cassandra's hair started out white and was changed to black,  kinda sad really.... she looked better with the the light hair.

Only maybe a bit of eyeliner? Could be the lightening as well... I'm not sure.

It may be indeed because the demo is older and the recent pictures are more true to the full version, where she might wear more make-up.

She would be noticeable even without these things that pull her down. Not that I'm complaining of course :]
I'll stick with a demo version - but whatevs, either way she looks fine - and even if she would not, we would focus more on her personality of course :] What else?

Well, even more technical, I think it started out black and slicked straight back, then went to the style now but white, and finally the one we see in the demo.  If you watch the little low res trailer after finishing the demo, Cassandra has the white hair.  Right after seeing her in the ingame cutscene with the black hair.

The paradoxes... They make my head hurt.

Subtle, but sure there is. "Makeup" doesn't always mean that girl needs a terpentine to wash her face up.
