The other day I went to enter the code that is located on the back of the cerberus card, however after hitting enter a message came up saying that the code had already had been entered, yet I never got that DLC that was supposed to come with that code.

Where did you buy the game?
Edit: Oh, and was the game new, used?
Also, I've read that the code expires for the cards, but I'm not sure where the expiration date would be on the card, I'd suggest checking that.

I bought it new at game stop, and the card says that it doesn't expire until January 1 of 2012.

I've been reading that there has been issues with DLC content purchased from there.
If you have the receipt, the first thing I suggest is getting a different copy of the game from the store.
Otherwise, you can try contacting EA directly and try dealing with them.
Edit: OK, if you want to deal with EA, I recommend making sure that your email and Gamer Tag are linked with your EA Account, and to your profile here.
This first link has some info you can use to double check: http://social.biowar...7/index/4760833
Also here is a link to how you can contact EA: http://support.ea.co.../detail/a_id/75

Hmm, I might have figured out the promblem, but do you know, even if you enter the code on the cerberus card, if you still have to purchase "Cerberus Network" with Mircosoft points?

Once the code is accepted, you should not have to pay for the Cerberus Network.
But I think it displays as purchasable through the Xbox stuff.
To make sure the code went through you can go to the Profile tab to the left and go to "Your Registered Game Promotions" and you see five entries that display "(Cerberus Network)" next to them.
Edit: Double checked the tab.

Ok I checked "Your Registered Game Promotions" and it doesn't have any games listed. Will EA be able to fix this promblem since my promotion code won't be accepted?

Edit:I was thinking about what you can do to resolve this, I think you should try the chat, since you have the ME2 Game Box and the Cerberus Card.
I'm checking how it works, but you will need to go th ea.com and login after you go to the Support section.

Sorry, got busy.
And again, I suggest following the guides I linked to earlier, to confirm your info, like the GamerTag, EA Account, email(s) and your Bioware Profile for this website.
Once you are logged into your EA account there are a couple ways to get to the section you need.
If you are on the page with this title "My Game Library" find Mass Effect 2 and then Click on "Customer Support".
Next, you should click on the "Contact Us" tab and then you will be able to see the Contact Us page that asks you to enter the Product, Platform and Category.
After you enter the game name and make the selections on the drop-down tabs then question #2 will then unlock. It should then look like the pic below. Then you can click on the "Live Chat" button, and explain your situation.

Good luck, with resolving this issue.
