Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem.
In the fight at the Chantry, one of the baddies simply won't die, the girl with the two handed axe. Her health bar is at zero. Everything else is dead.
Can anyone help?

Hmm. In my playthrough she took a dagger in the chest from Isabela and died at the end of the cutscene. Sounds as though you've hit a bug...and if previous experience is any clue, you'll likely have to do it all over since you can't save or back up. Good luck.
