After playing the Demo one to many times and watching all the Videos Bioware has put out I think Male Hawke stands funny. He tands with his chest pushed out and his shoulders pushed back. He has like to much curve in his back. This is very noticable in the video that has Hawke fighting with Carver about the Templars with Hawke in a mage Robe.

I don't really see anything odd about the way he is standing. I actually like how much more active the combat animations are.
