I just Bought The stone prisoner, but it seems that the download button
in " your registered game promotions" is replaced with these tree lines
---

im also having problems with the wardens keep, it seems like i cant get the quest that leads me to the new content

altough The stone prisoner is the only one im having problems downloading (wich i couldnt fix)

never
before have i had so many issues with a game, i got return to ostagar
fixed, cuz it said it was an unauthorized account for some reason, and
that was after i had to manually install it cuz  of  the same problem as
The stone prisoner, and now when i finnaly thought that it worked and i
got the quest and talked to the dying dude, i venture on just to get
the message " unable to load area " its like im continuously getting
screwed by bioware.

so my following problems are

- return to ostagar - unable to load
- the stone prisoner - cant download it, and ingame it shows that i havent bought it

pls help me i need my dayli dosis of DOA. thanks in advance

Sorry you're having troubles. First off, remember that DLC for Dragon Age works differently than it did for ME2. Instead of downloading it as an executable file, you have to download DLC for Dragon Age within the game.

If you're not getting stuff you've already purchased, contact EA directly at support.ea.com. They'll help you.

Well, I made all my DA:O purchases in the game using the DLC ingame screen. I have found that it takes the game a bit of time to update info from outside sources, so it may just be a matter of time, or you may try hitting the update button circle arrow beside your bioware points total, to see if it may cause the game to relook at the DLC content. Other than waiting so time playing the game without the content to see if it will update, then as stated above you will have to contact EA and hope they can do something for you. For future purchases use the ingame option for better results.( I know too late now.)

The wardens keep quest is by talking to the guy in camp Levi Drydon who should have a ! over his head in camp and then you can either click on Wardens keep in the north of the map or it may allow a dialog option to take you there.

Stone Prisoner will have to be DLd ingame, which it should do automatically as you play, check the DL page off the main menu.

Return to Ostagar you may have to delete and redownload or on the DL page it lists all your active content, so click to disable close game, restart game and click to enable and see what it does.

Good luck, and if all else fails contact EA.

Bought Digital Deluxe, played Warden's Keep without problems. Stone Prisoner is downloaded, and I'm given the rod when I go to Sulcher's Pass, but when I try to go to the village, I can't get past the Loading signal on the World Map. Have left it "loading" for up to 10 minutes without luck. Help?

Assuming you don't have the game modded sixteen ways to Sunday, manually installing the DLC again may help.  See this page on the Dragon Age Wiki:  http://dragonage.wik...ntent_(Origins)

You'll have to install both the DLC itself and its associated "offer" file.  Meantime, there are other posts on the forum which may help.  Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum, or the link in my sig.

I have found a really easy fix for me. I downloaded the UE via the EA store and there is an option within the EADM to save install files, so i just went in and found the DAUServiceSetup file and ran it as Admin. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps in some way.
