I was planning to order something off the website but I want to send it to my dorm.  How do I label the address?

Does it go like this

John Shepard
2 Normandy Hall
123 Citadel Street
City, State Zip Code

or

John Shepard
123 Citadel Street
2 Normandy Hall
City, State Zip Code

Probably the later (2nd). PO. Boxes and Attn. always go after the street address, but before the city...and that (i would think) is technically probably considered an "Attn.".
