Bioware is a company that is trying to make money to survive, just like any other. They can't make everyone happy but they will try to make a game that they think will make the majority happy. To cater to only one group will hurt the overall sales of their product and the company will eventually fold. So all you people who want the game made your way keep ****ing and you might get your way... The downfall of the evil empire that Bioware is.

Dragon Age sold 2 million copies, Mass effect 2 sold 5 million. No wonder they are mass effectifying dragon age.

DA sold more copied than ME2 before the PS3 releas of ME2 (surely most than 2 million). After the release of ME2 on PS3, I don't know.v_ware wrote...

But I am sceptical concerning several of the changes. The Darkspawn look rather generic and cartoonish, Hawke seems to be just as much a brick like Shepard, if the scene were Bethany/Carver dies is anything go by and I am sceptical about the whole framed narrative.
Also I'm not sure about spending most of the game in Kirkwall. If they are able to make it interesting, then fine, but Bioware does not exactly have a track record of making cities feel alive and the whole "your choices will change things" spiel has not really worked out either. How can Hawke become so uber-important if you spend all your time in a city-state? Not to mention the fact that I suspect that Flemeth will turn out to be the Kreia of DA2.
Oh, and Isabella seriously needs some pants! Walking around like that in a fight is just nonsensical (much like in ME2 when Miranda walks in combat wearing high heels and a skintight leather outfit).
On the bright side, I like fact that for once we will not have to save the world from a generic daemon invasion, at least as far as we know.
That said, I am not yet sold on the fact that DA2 will be a failure. The reviews certainly seem to praise it, but they're not the definite word. So for now I will wait and see, though I am more inclined to be sceptical.

Became more interested when I got bored.
Bought Cod black ops and now im less interested.
Still debating whether or not I should wait for it all to come in a single package or not.
