Setting the difficulty to easy is a good option, but the strategy is pretty much the same, at least on easy vs normal, just try to keep them from flanking you and take out the alphas before the ogre.

I beat them up with very little difficulty. First, you one shot the two alphas with uber Minsc, then you two-shot the ogre with uber Minsc
