During the second fight with the ogre, Hawke wouldn't heal when I clicked the quick heal button. Oddly enough, everyone else in the party could heal.
Anyone else have something like this happen?

Click away from the enemy then click the heal button worked for me. Could be intentional.

Also, there seems to be a 20-30s cooldown between potion uses, if you had just used one.

That was the first one I used during that combat. The icon was not "greyed out".

Um,a bit off topic but beside that the tactical menu really game me a head ache the options just wont highlight 
but I'm sure Bioware fixed all that.
