There is another thread, but the title is misguiding, so I decided to make a new one.
The heal cooldown of 60 seconds is a bit extreme, even for the amount of health that it uses. I would not necessarily mind this cooldown on nightmare mode, but it seems strange for all the other difficulties.
Now, on another thread I was reading with full mage trees, it said Heal had a cooldown of 40s. This is a bit more reasonable, and coupled with the unspoken quick heal cooldown of about 20-30s, makes for little bit more interesting battles.
So. In the full version, does heal have a cooldown of 60s or 40s?

Hmmm.. I don't have an answer for you but I did notice heal taking a very long time to recharge in my game as-well, '60 seconds' may as well mean 'Once per battle' with how fast everything goes, especially weird since fireball recharged very quickly and that is arguably a more useful spell.
