Sorry for reviving this but there IS a code, just probably not what the OP was thinking. It'll require modding the Coalesced.ini file so use at your own peril and follow Azureum's instructions or go here.

Blue Suns Texture Override: BIOG_HMF_ARM_MED_R.MEDa.HMF_ARM_MEDa_MAT_18a
This is only for a human female. There's a similar code for human male. Unfortunately, it only seems to work as a casual outfit aboard the Normandy.
