Assuming it works out between him and my mage, Anders for the first playthrough. If it doesn't work for some reason, then Fenris or Merrill.

Isabela is for another time.

For me it is Merril (spelt that wrong) because off ofwhat I am reading I think she has the most depth as a charactor.

For my first playthrough definitely Fenris for my rogue M!Hawke, he's got me intrigued since the day they announced him. He seems like a bad boy, and I'm counting on him being the *bi* option. I just like the way he looks and the fact that he breaks the traditional elven role of the Drizzt ranger, that he's nothing like Zevran, and that he's not a squishy mage.



Other playthroughs, I can see my female mage romancing Isabela, since both of them have sharp tongues (I can just see the banter between them), and my male warrior romancing Merrill (in a 'I'm going to protect you' sort of relationship). Not really sold on Anders, though I'll have a playthrough for his romance...eventually. I just don't think Anders is attractive and seems like Mage Alistair (I could be wrong...but as is he just seems like another whiner).

My first female character will probably flirt with both Anders and Fenris, till she has to choose between them, since I don't know which I'll like most. My next character will romance the loser.

I'll likely play as a male and romance Merrill and Isabela as well. I just like playing around with all the dialogues and seeing all the different scenes in the game, even if they'll probably all be YouTube by then.

Reasons to not romance each LI

Isabella:Had Sex with a million before you, and will want a million after you. No Integral role in main plot and Obvious character development (**** with a heart of gold) Not ot mention she likley has an STD

Fenris:Seems to be the jerk of the party, No Integral role in Main plot. No shoes, Kinda ugly and overall a total EMO. Also is an elf

Anders:You have to romance Vengance too, Ponytail, Original personality is just Mage allistar, Selfish, He wears a dress.

Merril:No shoes, Disputable age, Tattoos, Is an elf, Possibly naggy.

Eh... I know this is just your opinion but I can't help but throw my 2 cents in. Mostly because I'm bored.

Isabella: Your right about that I'm not even gonna argue. 

Fenris: He never gave off that "Jerk" vibe to me, he was just a bit arrogant. A lot of guys are atleast a little arrogant. Plus how is he ugly? He's (debatably) the best looking Male we've seen so far in the game so far. Also you do you even know what "EMO" means? From what I've seen of him he's not even slightly "emo". I swear. People throw that word around so often without knowing what the're talking about. 

Anders: He isn't Mage Alistair dude. Sure he's a bit snarky but unlike Alistair, he is confident from the beginning, and knows what he wants. Just because he's blonde, and jokes around alot, people think he's exactly like Alistair. At best he could be considered "Bizzaro" Alistair. 

Merrill: No shoes: So what?, Disputable Age: Not really, check out the latest screen with her naked with Hawke. She looks more than old enough. Tattoo: Tattoo's are hot, I'm gonna leave it at that. Is an Elf: Um... So? Possibly Naggy: *shrugs* maybe.

Probably Anders in a Rivalmance for my first playthrough, just because I have expectations he will be very deeply involved in the plot and be critical towards the end.

But honestly, no one for now, none of the female characters interest me in the least so far except Bethany and Cassandra, but neither of those in a LI way.
