Took 3 days vacation!! Granted I'm doing medical stuff those days, but the timing was all about DA2. +1 Cunning.

I have spring break during that week and no plans for it besides playing DA2 (yes, I have no life). But since I ordered from Amazon, I won't get the game until 4-6pm, based on past experiences. Until the game comes, I'll probably be working on a paper that's due on the 17th. I plan on getting it done early so I'll have more time for DA2 (and there will be less stress the night before it's due as well).

This looks well-thought out, lol. I recently discovered the benefit of getting schoolwork done in advance - especially when you want to eliminate stress so you can enjoy something (like DA2), to avoid a million papers piling up at once, or so you can study for the GRE (the least fun of what I listed, but necessary).

4-6PM for Amazon's release date delivery? That's what I expected - never done it before but Amazon is always excellent for me.

Buy a pizza, two medium bags of M&M's, and a bag or two of chips....if I'm going to rot my brain then I might as well clog my arteries in the process.

Don't forget the drinks.

I might buy some Dr. Pepper...but not alcohol.  I'm not a kid so getting drunk doesn't have any appeal to me.

Some people like the flavor, truthfully.

I like hard-cider, it kind of lets the edge off and I only have 1 or 2 with friends usually or one with dinner... never going to get drunk, so don't take it that way.

Play Dragon Age 2. Eat, drink, and sleep at the usual times. That's about it.

Head over to the store after work. Perhaps go ballistic at the store if they try and jip me out of the SE pre order. Play a bit in the evening. I've never been the type of player that can sit and play a game for hours and hours on end even if it is one I really like. It will take me many days to finish the game.

So about a straight week of playing.

Same here.  Hopefully Amazon won't take too long to ship the game.

You didn't get release day shipping?

Honestly, when I played DA:O, I didn't do anything else - except eat - the entire week. I think this time I'm just going to limit myself a bit so that the game takes a little longer to complete. I'll also avoid these forums like the plague.

I don't know what I will do exactly, but it will most certainly involve Dragon Age II and a minimum of pants.

Will go to Gamestop, pick it up, cross the street to my house and kick everybody out of the living room because the biggest TV is there. Will sleep in the living room for the next 3-4 days or however long it takes me to finish the first play. I only have to put in 4-5 hrs of work twice a week (freelance designer), so I have plenty of time for the game. Not picking up my friends' calls either.

I can party and get drunk the week after I finish Dragon Age 2!!!!!

Fight the oppression!

I think my time will involve a glass of amaretto.  Because the only proper way to celebrate a new video game is by drinking alone.

Finish work. Go home and give DA II a spin for a couple of hours. Nothing elaborate like adult diapers, 2 weeks of hard rations stacked up by the PC, along with energy drinks to match, and several buckets for excrement like some of you seem to heading towards.Posted Image

What if Dragon Age requires pants?

I'm just imagining the instruction manuel having a diagram of how to place pants on effectively. And at the end of the diagrams it says "And now you're ready for Dragon Age II!"
