Incorrect, all Christianity believes the Bible... we can go into Catholicism if you like but they are extremely anti-homosexual. You aren't a Christian if you don't believe in God's Word... that's the basic definition of that religion.

Actually the Chantry religion was based on Christianity, so I'd imagine it has the same beliefs.

That is ridiculous and patently untrue.

Most of Christianity picks and chooses which parts of the bible to believe.

The Catholic Church tells its members as a matter of course to ignore the Old Testament where the New Testament conflicts with it.

I am sorry but you can not believe in and follow/adhere to every single instruction, directive, moral judgement, or whatever in the bible because they often conflict and contradict itself at various stages.
Most Churches now say that the Bible is a moral guideline and not to be followed word for word.

Not to mention in recent years many retranslations of old hebrew and latin bibles into modern english show that the current "translation" of the bible that most churches use were wrongly translated and many of the things in it are untrue.
In particular the story about Sodom and Gahmorrah referring to homosexuality over debauchery and adultery which it originally referenced; and the accusations about Mary Magdalene being a prostitute when she was in actual fact a Disciple and Jesus' wife.

There are many things in the good book that are not intended to be taken literally; and one uses owns on heart and moral compass to decide which parts these are. ALL Church institutions now say this.

And as someone else said this is not the place for you to air such disgusting and morally repugnant opinions. There was no need to for you to say what you said in such terms; and I doubt that you have any gay or transexual friends because I doubt any gay would be friends with such a blatant and appalling homophobe like you.

I actually feel sorry for you that you are actually that wilfully blind to yourself.

Also The Chantry is nothing like Christianity or the Christian Churches.

It is far more tolerant for a start.

Additionally it has been established in lore that the Chantry does not have a problem with homosexual relationships as long as they are just that, monogamous relationships.
Being governed by the more sensible female sex is probably the reason why.

1. I could understand how a lesbian would find it intriguing and enjoyable to have a sexual relationship with a girl in a game, that makes sense. The same can be said for a homosexual about another guy in a game; however, when it's just a heterosexual playing out a false and twisted fantasy for them, on the likes of them watching porn... it's pretty pathetic and morally repugnant.

2. You can say what you want, but despite what you THINK people's opinions of it are, all major religions are still against it, and damn it to hell no matter what.

3. I am not Amish or any strange sect... I am the very basic sect.

4. It is not hate-speech to say that I am morally repulsed by people doing this, and by the fact that the topic thread was a guy talking about a girl on girl relationship, which was just to sate his sick fantasies.

Read the bold font. You say that major religions are against homosexuality. You are Christian, and I'm guessing Catholic. Therefore you did say that homsexuality is wrong.
