Does anyone know if the Lion of Orlais and Fadeshear are available as pre order items for the ps3?

I've checked various webistes and they all list them as available items for pc and x box but they don't for ps3.

Does that mean we don't get anthing because if it does I may not bother buying it until it is cheaper. And that would make me sad.
