*I am crying as I write this letter*
I just downloaded the demo for Dragon age II.
Now, I have played the demo through, but I found out that to unlock the "special item" for DA2's final version, I have to be logged in.
I fully enjoyed DA:O, and I bought the Ultimate Edition, with all features included. This, I loved. Now I have a problem.
I CAN'T ****ING LOG IN ?! (Sorry for my bad language)
"Can't log in, The account has been deactivated on user request"
I had some troubles with Dragon Age Origins when I switched to Win7, as my downloadable content couldn't be downloaded. I fixed that by starting up an application before launching the game itself.
I can log in on this forum, as you can see. My account name is "Bimbomand" and all of my achievements and characters are here. Why is it then, that when i try pressing "Manage account/Forgot password" I arrive here: https://profile.ea.c...rgotpassword.do, and when I enter my Mailaddress, it says "No EA account was found with the email address on file. Please create an EA account."
So, why can I log in at Bioware, when I can't log in at EA?!
*EDIT* Btw, If i try pressing "Log in" at EA's website it says: "Deactivated account. The email address associated with your account has been deactivated. Please update your email address to a unique email address which you will be able to activate by receiving a confirmation email. You will receive an email at this address with instructions on how to reactivate your account.
