Spoilers listed in the thread are more interesting than perceived story I thinks going to happen, in my humble opinion.



Either way, I believe it's fake but if it's true might make me change my overall opinion on DA2

This is true I heard the templar and mage conflict has a major role in DA2.

Yeah but Cassandra is a Chantry seeker. You dont think this situation wouldnt have her worried?. This could be the cause for a war.

I have decided that it was just a troll post. All the stuff about dragons was what did it for me. Yes we are in the Dragon Age, but a bunch of high dragons don't just appear from nowhere. They'd need to feed etc. so people would have noticed them.

Guys, guys, calm down.  Literally nothing this guy is saying could possibly be true.  It sounded legitmate in his opening post, with only slight hints of bullsh*t, but then it just gets silly.  Want examples? He started going on and on about how Hawke could gain a 'Dragon Warrior" spec, which allowed you to transform into a Dragon.  Cool? Yes.  Probably in the game? I doubt it.  He's just enjoying the attention he's getting from this, don't worry.  And he said the entire first half revolved around 'travelling around the countryside recruiting your companions'.  Hasn't Bioware shown us that we automatically end up in Kirkwall after the Lothering section?

Plus there is literally no mention of Cassandra or Varric, as far as I can tell.

I got the impression - if he is telling the truth - that he wasn't paying attention to details.  And if he's fibbing, skipping over them is probably a good idea as it's less likely to be noticed by people who know better.

However they could retcon it. Or change it from the demo. The demo -is- old compared to the shipped version.

Final Old God doesn't come before the second final Old God. Seriously. See that nifty lore button over there? It's called lore. Games abide by their own lore. Lore. So much lore is faulty that I really can't see this being real.

- Flemeth is a temporary party member in DA2, but ends up being killed by the Grey Wardens from DA1. Throughout the game Flemeth serves as Hawke's guide (because she knows he is possessed by the final dragon Old God), so her death is portrayed as sad in DA2. After she dies, Hawke gains the ability to temporarily transform into his dragon form (think Morrigan's shapeshifting, but actually useful).

Also if he has the game how can you play it since you have to be connected to the internet to play it? Also as Cruser said why would the whole of thedas br fighting each other if a blight was coming?

The major loophole is that the Grey Wardens would have sensed Hawke if he was an "Old God" either when they were in Lothering passing by (If Hawke is a mage) or at Ostagar (If Hawke is a warrior / rogue). He would have been spotted DEAD on the spot. Hell, the Darkspawn would've gone nuts over him.
