Morrigan got told to sod off in my game, and I croaked at the moment of my greatest triumph. I don't see how this 'God-child' can be a major character in any DLC/Expansion/Sequel. An optional boss/party member maybe, but ultimately a critter of no significance.

It just needs to be a new game in the same world. There are far too many ending possibilities for them to possibly create a true sequel.
For a start the PC is dead in my game at the end.
Plus as with all Bioware games, the characters and voices are so good, I want original and new in a sequel, not more of the same. The main protagonist could continue like in ME 2 but I want new companions and new stories.
