Meanwhile every news about that "Other" game was positive. It sold a lot less than DA:O yet they did everything to improve the sequel...

You mean that game where you can only play as an human? You mean that other game that have even more "actiony" combat (not that the word is correct neither in this case, but since DA2 is thought as that...)? You mean that game that all said it will be shorter than the original but with less same content?

There's something I don't get. Aren't these the same things you don't like in DA2?

Hey buddy do you want to get into an argument about the "Other Game", I'm dieing with anticipation right now

No sorry, people are not automatically enlisted in fanbody club to hate everything else when they like something

I can like several stuff.

But ze game is an improvement from the previous one and DA II isn't

Well the PC Gamer review said the game takes upwards of 50 hours and that most of the companions are excellent. But let's just ignore that and only give credence to reviews that reinforce our baseless prejudices.

PC gamer said this is the best RPG combat ever.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry i don't believe this. We've seen the combat.

You've seen 20 minutes of combat. And 5 of those were the exaggerated stuff that's not representative of normal gameplay.

He says "9 companions with the Signature Edition", so it's the 7 above + Sebastian + Dog

The dog isn't a companion.

Dog isn't a -full- companion, but he's definitely a companion. What else would you call him?

I don't get the high score.

Imagine if other games had copy/paste dungeons :(

Games are not gonna get better if we just give passes like this to everything.

I thought it was pretty damn good. A lot more refreshing than the clumsy and slow movement in Origins. I loved Origins, but this is (in my opinion) much improved.

Or maybe the dog doesn't count and there is a secret Companion like in ME2.

Development time in fact does change how a game's quality will be in addition to the fanbase's viewpoint

If I say that I'm allergic to vitamin C and you have two oranges with the same amount of it in them, one older, the other younger, would it change anything if I eat one or the other?

Again, I was talking about a specific thing, as vitamin C, in this case, not on the oranges as a whole, including other factors as taste etc.

(Desperately trying to evade the titles discussion).

The analogy kind of sucks, you're allergic to something that is necessarily found on a 'beta' and a final version of the game... the roleplaying itself?

Sorry but no. I was talking of specific things, not on the whole. The combat in the "other" game is as "actiony" if not more than DA2. The character is an human. The game willl be shorter but without recycled quests.

Now, these things are also on DA2, only that just because it is called "DA2" and not "other" then they are bad, on principle. Instead these same things when debated about on the "other" are an improvements and good things but the same people. Something is amiss and my analogy makes perfect sense. Development time has nothing to do with it, nor how the whole game turns to be in the end.

I said I would not reply to this anymore to not give fire to soemthing I don't want and I will. It was just a clarification.

by recycled enviroments, I assume he means the city of Kirkwall where the majority of the game happens. you see the city over the course of ten years, so surely a lot of stuff is ging to be similar.  This isn't a far ranging adventure around the world where every couple of hours you find yourself in a completely different climate.

The reviewer writes of "clone cellars" and "clone caves" and is completely dumbfounded by how often he stumbles across the exact same dungeon layouts. He's very fond of Kirkwall's layout, but the dungeons and the outside areas are problematic.

Dear Bioware:

Toolset plz! Or at least something to fix this inexcusable display of laziness.

But you lose one of the siblings at the begining, bringing it down to 8. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but saying up to 9 companions implys that you will have 9 full companions by the end of the game.

Good work on not understanding anything at all and to what I was referring to and telling me the analogy sucks. Re-read my previous messages, ponder a little more then maybe return, thanks.

You end the demo at level 6. You have no access to the vast majority of the abilities. What are you talking about?
I'm done with this because you're clearly just trolling.

Wait what? You're allergic to Vitamin C then why get the oranges? I'm not understanding this analogy, for common sense is painfully lacking.

I have a feeling this would be 7/10 if it was anyone but EA/Bioware

Stop making developers get away with lazyness! I don't want the ending to be in DLC, i don't want repetetive ulgy enviroments in 9/10 games.

****** reviewers! Bioware is never going to put effort into games again .

This is encouraging other developers as well!

Sounds to me like that 87 was bought, which is a pretty common practice, not earned. I see this game being a huge dissappointment.
