Hi all.

I was just wondering if anyone else noticed what I did: a few days ago (like 2 days after the demo released) the download count was already up 811,000.  When I checked it again a couple hours later, it had decreased t o around 550,000.   Did anyone else see this?  It's only now climbed back up to around 800,000, which means the bonus content should already have been unlocked.

I know there's still time to reach 1,000,000; I just don't wanna get cheated out of free goodies. 

Edit: Nevermind, Bioware said it was due to people spamming the demo.  They had to chop off around 300,000 downloads to set it right.

I didn't noticed at the same time still i've suspected something, 2 day after the demo release i checked and it was around 825.000. The day after i checked again hoping the to see any number around one milion, but the counter was 750.000. Actually i tought i had to misread the counter at the first time i checked but now i know i wasn't the only one to see something strange.

It might be a sort of correctrion of the counter, i tried to see the difference between xbox and pc and i downloaded 2 times, but bioware has both my profile (xbox live and pc account) so i think they had to correct the double access as one. It's the only way i can think about it, i really don't think EA will trick the counter in order to sell 2 tinny items...

yep, there has been a spammer problem a couple of times. After each incident they decrease the numbers accordingly.
