Uh, no. There's also a "Champions" trailer.  Doesn't make it "Rise to Champions".  The destiny in question is the rise to power, and that rise involves becoming the Champion of Kirkwall.  That "Destiny" trailer, BTW, ends with "The Rise To Power Begins March 8".  And there's also a "Rise To Power" trailer, which so happens to be the only one that actually addresses the story, instead of just existing purely to look cool.

Wouldn’t have to be anything fancy, I would have gone for ‘Champion’ myself, you wouldn’t even really need two on the title, all the games are set within the same tale & world after all.
