I think it's rather an interesting question, but I think I'd rather a toolset then a DLC. I'm sure like Warden's Keep they'll be releasing one rather soon after DA2 comes out but honestly, I think I'd rather see a toolset sooner rather then later. I'm just curious what everyone else thinks.
Toolset or DLC which would you want more?

DLC, haven't tried a mod.

Toolset. Why pay money for what the community can make for free?

As I'm playing on an Xbox... I have to say DLC.

It's possible to have a toolset on consoles

toolset. After all, dlc are nothing than a good mod can't be, given the extension of them. I prefer both but dlc is a given in this generation, we will see the toolset, though they will release it in due time, after the first dlc

I'd rather have a game that ships complete, that I don't have to assemble at home from a bunch of DLCs like some sort of ikea furniture.

Toolset, but we have to remember that the toolset is only for PC, and there are less of us than console players, so I don't think it's going to be a priority for Bioware/EA.

Toolset, by far. There's too many things I desperately want to change for it to be otherwise. Also, Since the only DLC that I thought was really good was made at the same time as Origins, rather than after, I don't have any faith in DLC. With a toolset, we can make our own stuff as long as we want, giving the game potentially endless life, whereas DLC might be cancelled tomorrow.
Damn it, now I want cake.

Tooset - with my sincere sympathies to console players who cannot use this option.

Which is stupid. It's bad enough the majority of PC gamers are irritated by DA2, but not releasing the toolset to allow the community to fix their idiotic design choices is extra irritation.

Toolset. I've done Mod work for maultiple games and even if its rough around the edges, crashes my computer. You have no idea how much life a toolset can give a game. People I know (a lot) will buy a game just if they know it has one.

I am sorry that most developers doesn't make toolset for consoles, you console gamers will see the marvelous world of mods once Portal 2 is released, Mods made by Pc players will be available to PS3 and Mac(don't remenber wii). And we will be able to play together...wow...
So, the console gamers should also reclaim their rights and ask for a toolset compatible with their consoles, or at least, the content compatible with their games
