How can i get my mass effect 2 profile to sync to my account because ive connected to the EA servers since i started playing almost done with the game and my profile still cant retrieve my profile photo or any char info on it am i doing something wrong?
PS3 profile sync?

Same here. I can confirm this too.
Worked ok with dragon Age but not on Mass effect 2.

I'm having this problem too. Anyone have a fix? Worked just fine for DAO and DA2.

Same Prob here. It was strange from the beginning. As shown on the website the upc code should have 8 digits but my german upc code validated after entering 9digits. Now I'am always playing while being connected but can't sync to my profile here.
