I always wished that the rachni queen would start a colony in Port Hanshan, similarly to the xenomorph queen did in Aliens.
In other words:kill everyone there?

Being a paragon Shepard, nah... she is a good asset.
Actually I was hoping to have sex with the Rachni Queen xD
Nope, I never killed her ~
I wish there was an option to just leave her locked up in that container until the Council decides what to do. That way Shepard wouldn't commit genocide and wouldn't release the most dangerous specimen. Problem solved. And it's funny that you can't second-guess releasing her but you can second-guess killing her.
I kill her. When I play Mass Effect 1, I don't think about how it will play out in 2 or 3. I do it, from the perspective of my character, and what he/she knows about the Rachni thus far, and at this point, it's too much of a gamble to let the queen live, when your character knows about the Reaper threat that is possibly coming in " legions". I always play it out as a choice my character doesn't like taking, because he/she knows that the rachni could possibly be an asset against the reapers, but cannot risk fighting the rachni and the reapers, if the Rachni queen is lying. Two front wars do not go well...ask Hitler
Depends on the character I'm RP'ing but no most of the time I don't kill her. I usually only kill her if I'm doing a renegade run.
Its very simple:based on what we know in that point is Rachni is a threat to Galaxy.
They already made big trouble in the past.would you be willing to repeat that?

Do you always sabotage the genophage cure in ME3? Krogan were used to be a galaxy-wide threat as well. What's funny is that many people kill the rachni queen but cure the genophage for the krogan. Double standards?

Yes.I sabotage the cure.It was enough for me that even Wrex started babbling about expansion and New krogan Empire
in the shuttle. They can not be trusted.

I think that it's a shame though that the game's overall plot is too dependent on the turians always getting some kind of aid. It would have been interesting to see what would happen if in discovering the sabotage, the krogan actually pulled support 100% and the turians were back to square one.
Always spare her.
My Shepard never killed her. For the same reason he cured the genophage and sided with the Geth. He hates people who think they can play god and destroy other species as they wish. Everyone deserves a chance, for good or ill.
I always exterminate it, unless I'm running a full paraderp Shep. There's too much risk in keeping it alive considering how easily they get indoctrinated. They are practically built to be indoctrinated given their communication method. And as we all know they have a minimal to non-existent effect on ME3 beyond a mere 100 points to the war score. Besides that, it's a lab grown abomination.
Killed the queen on my first playthrough before ME2&3, but I let it live after because of their usefulness in 3.
No, i always let her live.
I kill the queen with my pure renegade characters. My pure paragon and mixed characters spare her.
tha ttends to be the asme with me as well. If I'm renegaqde then she dies if I'm Paragon I let her go.

The rachni queen wasn't indoctrinated. Besides, in ME1, Shepard didn't even know what indoctrination was when speaking to her.
I do.
I hate the Shep smile if you save her.
Naivete ITT is staggering.
I used to spare her, but I also used to cure genophage. Now I kill her, no matter what kind of Shepard I play.
I always save her because I'm spiteful and like to stick to the Council. (It's always nice to see them screeching about how we put the galaxy at risk then getting Joker to cut communication).
Plus Wrex telling me that it would come back to bite me in the ass always makes me grin because it doesn't. She helps out in ME3. I would have loved to have them on the ground fighting with us but whatever.
Plus I thought she was adorable *Shrugs* - Though I am pissed off with Bioware acting like Shepard told her they would free her providing they never saw/heard from her again which is stupid because 1 - that was never a condition in ME1 (at least not a choice I made), and 2 - she tells Shepard that they are staying safe and will come to their aid should they ask for it.
Then again I shouldn't be surprised considering the other 'canon' craps they put in.
