In the player profile of my characters, my character has stopped being updated, I've leveled up quite a few times and played on alot of my different characters, yet for some reason my data will not update, some of the characters are still on level 1, and my main character is at 7, which now he is at level 10. Is there some fix I can do? Ok just checked most of my other characters are good now, just my main is stuck at level 7, dunno why

Mine was doing the same thing. Then I checked today and it was updated. Its certainly not updating in real time. Probably 24-48 hours update period.

Same problem here. Strangely, my badges are being updated almost instantly while the actual character data is not. I'm lvl 18 now, but here I'm still 14. Very sad.

yeah same here as well, im lvl19 on one character and i think 13 or 14 on my other character, and my original still says lvl 13 i believe and yet my new character wont even show up at all dang

Mines still doin dopplegangers of my mage when she was like level 2 and 3. I have 2 dif character profiles showing her lol

Mine isn't working either. It worked the first 2 days I got the game and then it stopped uploading anything. So I tried deleting my main online profile, thinking that might force it to see data to refresh, only to of course not find such result. Instead I simply have the pic of my main char but not the updated character who is now level 14. Any updates on this or if we can possibly have a refresh button in the future. Like my portrait shouldn't even look like this, I changed it via the toolset, but no updates what so ever.

I believe there is a problem with the servers that update the data.

My account claims that I've uploaded all the characters and pictures that I can, even though I've deleted all of them.

Currently, neither characters nor screenshots are available even for viewing.

I have had the exact same problem, the first two days it was fine but now it is not doing anything. I have since then deleted the character that I started the game with and I have a level 16 warrior lol.

Just now my achievements from last nights gaming was updated on the site but my character is still stuck on LvL 5 on the website.
