As mentioned above I am currently receiving emails even though I don't have any email notifications turned on. There appear to be two occassions.
- When someone replies to a discussion post in one of my projects, its title is =?UTF-8?B??= and it contains nothing.
- When anyone comments on one of my news feeds, its title is New Comment on your action by [commented_displayname] and contains the following, for example:
ciViLiZed has just commented on your newsfeed action.

When I visited the new Forum Settings page I noticed my signature was still using HTML as it had been set up before the BBCode had been introduced. It renders perfectly but was a bit of a mess in the Forum Setting page. I cleaned it up using the standard WYSIWYG editor but as you can see this broke it: the BBCode is not rendering and the line break has been suppressed.

Please, please, please can you remove the rating stars?
They are never going to be used for anything meaningful and will end up as a subtle form of trolling: the more immature are going to continually vote themselves 5, vote everyone else 0.5 in a vain attempt to get their threads noticed. Also it's one less thing to fix in IE8!
An alternative rating that might prove useful is a "Recommended Read" badge that only BioWarians or BioMods can add to particularly useful, insightful or interesting threads. This could be coupled with an new "Jump to" option that would give you a list of all "Recommended Reads" threads.
8. BUG: Home Page - Main Menu - Messages

Recently the "Compose New Message" option in the "Message" sub-menu has started to wrap (intermittently) causing the final option to disappear off the bottom of the sub-menu.

Contrast with the effect of Jesse's much shorter lines in social.bioware.com/39/blog/57/.

The search button is the old "blue + text" style rather than the new "brown + icon" style. There are a couple of other examples of these search buttons around so it may be worth doing a quick sweep of very page.
Additionally the text box is too high (compared to others fields) and there is no padding between it and the button.

My subscribed topics are not appearing in any apparent order. I would have expected them to be in chronological order of the last response with the most recent first. Or, should we get the option, according to my forum settings.

I am currently using my Subscribed Topics to hold a list of all the topics I've started so that I can see which bugs, requests and cosmetic fixes have been replied to, implemented or ignored. It would be helpful if we could have a "My Topics" option in the "Jump to" list box which operated like "My Posts" but which would list the topics I've started rather than individual posts.

Threads I have read are being flagged as "Unread" again after a period of time. It looks like it might be 2 weeks but sometimes it seems to be much shorter. Regardless of the period I find that I am revisiting threads that I have read, often repeatedly. As you can see I was the last poster in some of the threads flagged as unread so clearly something is amiss.

Image appear to be limited to 500x500 pixels which is too small for pretty much anything these days. The body section of a page on this site is about 776 pixels wide, so the width of every image in this report have been reduced in by over 35%.
There are a couple of potential solutions: add a on-click pop-up to show the full resolution (or at least higher resolution) image; or expand the viewer as shown (the green arrows are in keeping with all other pages on the site, the orange arrows would break with the normal layout but shouldn't cause any issues).
I estimate there are about 134/135 pixels on either side which could be put to better use. The image width could potentially be increase to 768 which would almost be wide enough for a the images in this report!
I realise there have to be some restrictions however they are not mentioned anywhere. Regardless of the preceding request add a note to the image upload page explaining what the restrictions are (height, width, size and extensions) and how they are applied so that we can at least try and create our images accordingly.

As I was uploading the images to my album in batches I generated 5 or 6 entries in the news feeds which is, admittedly unintentional, spam. Similarly if I post to the same thread repeatedly I will create multiple identical news feed entries (since we're no longer seeing the summary text any more). In both cases these could be rationalised to the most recent entry on that day.
Additionally can the images shown be limited to 1 row (i.e. 3 images)?

Attempting to paste in WYSIWYG mode causes the "Paste as Plain Text" pop-up to appear however the actual box is empty. It should auto populate with the contents of the clipboard to avoid having to select paste (or CTRL-V) a second time.
