Ok, so hawk normally refers to the family of falcons, which includes the sparrowhawks, eagles, kites etc; it's also used in a general way to refer to most birds of prey. That's why sometimes a few words are used interchangeably to say "hawk".
I'm bilingual, and in Spanish you can say Halcón (falcon) or Gavilán (hawk); even sometimes águila (eagle) to also mean hawk.

I don't know about Hawke, but Hawk in Vietnamese is 'Chim u'ng'.

Well like mentioned before Hawke is a name so in Spanish is still Hawke and pronounced the same. The bird (hawk) however is called halcón.
