I am unable to download the Toolset...the dnld reached 1 second then times out each and every time I try.
Is there a way to fix the timed out download to resume?

Well no help on this problem still I see and the wiki is no help either.
I wont get suckered into buying DA3 Its n ot sour grapes... Its lack of prefessionalism on Biowares part to make a product that is useable by all its cutomers. Im done trying to figure this out with no help :/
