Well I un-installed, ran the CCleanup, made sure to restart the comp then re-installed. Thankfully that seems to have worked as I was able to play about 45 minutes without interruption. So far so good.
Thank you all for the help. Much appreciated.

Instead of piggybacking the thread you picked, you need your own personal post about your problem.
You'll need to provide a lot more of the missing information that Raen asked for in the "Read First" Guide.

Actually, abrupt though he may be, Gorath Alpha has more answers than most here. And he was entirely correct. You have not provided enough information. That is why there is a "read first" post with posting guidelines pinned to the top of this forum. There is also a solutions round up thread pinned there that could possibly offer a solution to your problems. Of course, I can't be certain as you have not provided critical information that might allow me or anyone else to help you. If you were to follow his suggestion you might just get help.

well im sorry, I'm new to these things and dont know what to do! he just seemed kinda rude at first and sorry again for being rude also. but what info do you guys need and where do i go to get these rules and what do i read. like i said i play DAO:UE and in about 10 to 30mins into it, it just goes off saying game isnt working right. and I got my game from Steam. Would the retail version would of been better off then on Steam

As both Gorath Alpha and I both said in our posts, the reporting guidelines are pinned to the top of the forum here and starts with"**READ FIRST**". The solutions roud-up thread here and the DLC troubleshooting FAQ here are also pinned to the top of this forum. They are always among the top threads on the first page of this forum.
For future reference, important information and posting guidelines for each forum are always pinned to the top of the first page of that forum. It's always a good idea to check for answers there first. Gorath Alpha was not being rude. He was actually giving you good instructions. If you think someone is being rude on a forum, the best response is never to respond by being even more rude, particularly when you are actually looking for assistance. We are all fellow gamers and volunteers in here.
