For some reason that is completely unknown to me, I am unable to download the Dragon Age 2 demo. Every time I try I keep getting a window that says that my account is not suited for the content. I went through the settings and my profile to make sure that I was age appropriate and I still can't download it. WTF!?
Is there anyone that can help? Please?

What is the age that your gamertag under? Are there any parental settings enbaled? Are you even close to being a minor?
Also, if you aren't Gold you can't play yet.

Yes I am Gold and I checked my xbox live profile to make sure that I was able to download mature content. I saw parental settings in the main xbox systems menu but I don't know what to make of it out of fear of messing up. Suggestions?Sticksandstones987 wrote...
