Firstly, just wondering if there is an easy way to get Sentinel Armor (from awakenings) in Origins, found a mod on Nexus but it seems to be very buggy and unreliable, so i was wondering if there are any easy to use mods that will let me use the sentinel armor from Awakenings in Origins

Secondly, with the Winter Forge, can i use the remodel feature to change an item to an addon model or am i only able to use the default models? The reason I ask is alot of custom weapons are high end and you dont get access to the main forge (to change materials) until you get to your camp (i want to change a weapon on a pre-Ostager toon)

The Sentinel set is just a retint/retexture of the vanilla massive armour variation D with the addition of an emissive mask to get the red (the same as the Blood Dragon armour). Should be fairly straightforward to make your own mod from scratch, should you so desire.

well im not much of a modder...i just dont see why some stuff is easy to add (drop it in the overide folder and its in your bag, like the Runic Warden gear) and some require other mods and scripts and console commands (like the Sentinel mod)

Any item mod requires a script to spawn the item in the world, be it in your inventory, in a merchant's shop, etc. I gather from your description that the mod in question lacks the usual script used, hence why you would need to use a console command to spawn it instead.
