Haters gonna hate. It has nothing to do with the game, people always hate something. The ammount of hate I've seen on Witcher from DA  fans you have no idea.

I don't like the changes in DA II it has nothing to do with The Witcher.


Witcher 2 is shapping up pretty nicely.

I didn't leave the option out, now did I? I've never been to the Witcher 2 forums, I don't plan to either. But, for goodness sakes, can't we all just get along? We are fans of a genre of games, we should be able to have contructive talks of what we like and don't like instead of: "Look we have a silver haired guy that looks real and has good graphics, Dragon Age 2 looks like doo-doo" or "Here have some insulting photos that make a mockery of one of your favorite games, U MAD?"

Oh, how nice. Two wrongs do make a right, even if there is only one wrong.

These Witcher trolls are spaming a ton of threads everywhere, not just BioWare forums and I'm sure that every game fan out there hasn't trashed talked the Witcher forums.
Hells Bells, they even troll the Skyrim forums and it isn't even due out until November.

I wish the Mods here would just start deleting their threads and banning their pre-pubecent asses so we could talk about a BioWare game, on a BioWare forum in relitive peace.

I missed the memo where it turned into a competition. I know I'm getting both, and I feel sorry for anyone who is somehow under the impression that if you like one you must hate the other...

Yes I have, and unless the rules have changed since the 90's (which is possible), the damage is the '10' (the lowest possible damage) while the attack takes 3 Energy cards to use (high energy cost). So not accurate.

I gotta agree with DanteGunZ. I got nothing against the Witcher, but the fans are really making me hate the game (as do the God of War fans with their "GoW invented the action genre" bull****). Really, can't we just enjoy two different games (and funny pictures out of them, of course)?

Sadly it is always the worst of the communities which leave an impression. Most of the people I've actually seen on the Witcher forums seem decent enough, though the discussions are slow enough that I don't spend much time there. Every bushel has some bad apples, we certainly have quite a few in our own forums, creating hell for the games and company they're supposedly here to support - maybe the difference is, our forums are so busy, our angry teens don't have to go elsewhere looking to stir up trouble.
