I enjoy Family Guy but it is hit and miss in it's current form, also getting pretty morbid recently.
Family Guy is good for watching how animation technology and styles change over the years, just compare and episode from Season one or Two with the episode we just watched, the differences are quite impressive.

I love family guy, I would guess it is the PC elitists that do not like family guy as they must complain and whine about everything. Nothing can be fun and everything must be doom and gloom for them. The only time they fit in with the rest of society is at funerals.

"Check out the Dragon Age TV commercial will be running this Sunday Feb 27 during the 1 hour Family Guy episode on Fox." is what was said. A TV commercial was posted on facebook shortly before and they never said it was going to be a "new" commercial.

I lked it up to season 4, but then I noticed that the writing quality has been steadily degrading ever since then. Maybe I'm just getting too old for it.... I just don't find it funny anymore.
This episode was decent, however.

They never said it wasn't going to be a new one, so obviously a lot of people (including myself) had some hope for a new advertisement, to get myself more hyped up for the game then I already am.

I don't care for "Family Guy" so i didn'y even turn it on till 9:30. I was glad they did a commercial for it, but to tell you the truth I was a bit dissapointed. They should have showed more companion footage IMO.
