I'm getting it only about 20 minutes after I play. Framerate slows down, talking to others stutters when the menu pops up, and sometimes it even crashes. Here's my build:

i5-2500k
Geforce 570 GTX
4gb DDR3
1TB Western Digital HDD

My HDD is in good health, and my processor only hits 50c max. Except it also gets upo to 98.5% total load because of this game. Is there anything I can do?

What is running in background? Apps, services? How big is your pagefile. Run dxdiag and post the pagefile size. What OS are you running?

Dxdiag does give more than you need, but you found the relevant stuff. Looks Ok to me. Usually when I see quick lagging, I suspect a bloated pagefile. Your's is not bloated, although it could be pruned down. Are you running any apps in the background? Instant messengers etc. How many app icons do you have showing up in the task bar? DA is very resource and will eagerly eat up available resources.

Here's a few, Logitech gaming Software, Steam, MSI Afterburner, Open Hardware Monitor, My printer. Does Running as Administtrator help? If it does, which file do I set it on, the Launcher or the .exe?

Kill as many of the apps that you don't need running while you play DA. It all helps. Running admin has helped some people. I would use it on the .exe and ignore the launcher.

Most of those i think you won't need to run in the background all the time. Also if you have anti virus and anti spyware programs make sure they are not set to scan on their own. I've figured out some games really dislike when they are scanning while the game is running and the game lags this includes DAO.

I'll get rid of some. To be honest this happened recently. The game crashing anyways, my last playthrough before I reinstalled didn't crash, only at the end. Also.....this shouldn't be a problem with my processor, it poses no problems for other CPU based games. Why is DA such a TECHNICAL MESS BIOWARE?!

Forgot about AV/AS scanning. I have mine set to scan in the middle of the night... after I am done playing. In fact all my maintenance stuff is done late at night... after I am in bed. Nothing worse than wondering why things are crawling and looking down to find that an AV scan is taking place while a defrag is running... What is a poor CPU do to?

Please do not use this forum as a place to take out your inner rage on Bioware or anyone else. This is a technical support forum not a screaming match forum. If you wish to rant there are plenty of other places you can do so. Or better yet go rant to EA support they get paid to listen to that nonsense.

Try to be polite here.
