I found every piece except for the chest piece. You get the armor from side quests. I read above that you get a piece from the dragon which I didn't fight so that must be where it is.

Do you think you could list which missions you got them on and where?

It's in the game. Feel free to jump to conclusions without doing basic sidequests.

Idiots act 3 beat the dragon for the chest piece, beginning of act 3 you get the gauntlets, and the rest are from the final quests you go on. I have the chest piece and guantlets. I hear the if you finish the quest best severed cold another will be avalible. google the stuff or play the game and don't skip quests if you can.

What are the stat requirements? I just got the gloves which required 31 willpower. I am max lvl with only 33 willpower. Do the other pieces require even higher willpower? I hope not or else i gotta start over lol

No, I think 31 is the Willpower for all pieces.
Anyway, the locations to each piece is below from personal experience playing as a warrior.
SPOILERS AHEAD, READ AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION

Gloves: Awarded after being named Champion
Warplate: On the body of a High Dragon in the Bone Pit
Boots: On the elf bloodmage that Meredith tasks you to kill or bring in. Located in the Alienage.
Helm: Acquired after rescuing Bethany from the Templar/Mage integral group on the Wounded Coast

Every act has a single set of armor, you will know when you got part of it because you get a codex entry when you get one. Just look for the codex diamond when you pick up an armor peice then go check on the items, see if it is a one shot one or a part of a set. If part of a set then you know to start looking for others like it. The champion set comes in once you are champion.

That are most likley not the one from the set since you dont visit the deeproads anymore in the last chapter.

Champion gloves - Automatically received at the start of Act 3.
Champion chest piece - Defeat the High Dragon for the quest "Mine Massacre".
Champion boots - Taken from Huon in the quest called "On the Loose".
Champion helm - Taken from Grace on the quest called "Best Served Cold"

The set itself hasnt the best stats, compared to other single items. The Setboni evens that out a bit. But if you entchant it propper its not only the best looking set, but also the best overall. Anyone who fought the Highdragon on Nightmare knows how important resistances are, regardless of class.

It is a set of black armor that looks like it either has the GW insignia or the insignia of the Viscount of Kirkwall. It does look really good, but IMO it pales in comparison to the Champions armor. The Champion should look distinguished, not like the common armored soldier

Yeah, I couldn't even do that on hard :D not with a warrior at least. Sebastian Vael died before she even fled to the unreachable cliff the first time unfortunately...

I got the boots from "On the Loose" on the 360 version but never got the gloves that everyone says are automatically given for starting Act 3. Another reason to play on the PC, could just dev-console them in so it would avoid the bugs.

Edit: I just lost 30 minutes of game play going back to the fight to end Act 2 and the gloves appeared this time.
