Thanks for everyone's input. I also found it weird that they considered moving on "cheating". Maybe the letter you got from them was supposed to leave the impression that you were still together, but I still think it's pretty stupid that if they felt that way they didn't try to meet you in person.

It affects the whole area/vagina...the hole area get it? Nobody said anything about penetrating the Ov... ah...never mind it was just a joke.  Either way sex would be painful if somebody has that...I think?

Potentially but not necessarily and probably not in the benign tumor example at hand (with or without future medicine magic).

Regardless, I think the implication of the dossier and the in-game lore is that Miranda was aware of her condition before the suicide mission. Therefore, it didn't seem to stop her the first time.

Maybe you're confusing ovaries and the cervix? No offense intended.

Is it really "cheating" if you were dead for two years? Even your original LI "moved on". All's fair in love and war, no?
