Why do you keep repeating this?  Obviously there aren't any, the game hasn't been released yet.  After it has there will be tons of mods.  Modders could collectively create DA3 if they really wanted.

While (1) is probably true, there are people that prefer to use controllers for gaming.  I myself preferred to play KotOR on my Xbox.

As for that last remark... a bit pretentious; play WoW for 10 minutes, and you'll realize that both sides are full of... unintelligent people.  Hats off to you if you're trolling though!

Console (PS3) for a very simple reason it's free as in someone has pre-ordered me a copy :3

I do hope they don't screw it up again though like PS3 version of DA:O Ultimate Edition for Europe where the disc had the wrong data on it... Though quick talk with EA solved that it still wasn't an ideal situation.

I play both PC & consoles as do most and they are the same people, now I consider myself to be intelligent while Darkhour seems you lack such a virtue from making such comments I'm going to assume your trolling.

ok after reading these comments, i went ahead and had another playthrough on the PC and I think you guys convinced me. Its take a little getting use to but because ive got such a beast of a PC, graphics look so much better and having the toolbar, mouse clicks and more options at my disposal instead of triggers and buttons. Hopefully getting used to the camera movements, enemy selection, etc will come with repeated usage. Thanks for your input!

Movement and mob selection is fairly easy, plus the *space bar*
Target selection in the demo was easy just set target nearest to your mouse thumb button and away you go (occassional use of the mouse to select a different mob or companion). Also looting using the thumb button as the PC moves to a visable loot stack. Right click pan plus standard MMO movement mouse or wasd,... leaves left hand free to hit spells etc. Me, I have an expensive book end called the XBox 360, just don't like it , PC all the way.

I play ALL PC games with a controller. Try again.

The last coment is just me being silly.  No matter how outrageous my comments people take them seriously and so I continue to make them for my own amusement.

If you have access to both the xbox and the PC versions (ie, you played the demo on PC and know that the final thing will run on PC) who in their right mind would get the console versions over PC?

I play allways on PC, so there isn't really choise to make. If game is really bad for PC, then I don't play or buy it at all.

360. When, if, we get a toolset, I'll buy the inevitable Ultimate Edition for PC. That way, there'll be enough time for the mods to develop a bit more, so I don't have to use trial-and-error methods to find out which ones are buggy and which ones are broken as soon as they're out.

My other concern with the PC version is that it might be very unstable. Just look at Origins. Every patch seems to break the game a little bit more. At least on 360 I know it'll work, I won't be lovingly sent to desktop every 10 minutes, and I don't have to worry about memory leaks.

I have acess to both and i am getting it for console version,  I prefer the "button mashing" aspect. altough if I was playing a mage I would prefer the PC version

PC for me as my DA:O saves are from the PC version.

Plus I get 60fps at 1080p, and with a mouse and keyboard hot-keys, it'll be a lot more fluid.

After playing both the PS3 version and the PC version I will definately be playing the PC version.

The amount of control you lose on the console version is so much, I could never play on such gimped controls.

I'm playing on 360; but if I had a decent PC I'd play on PC.

I prefer a controller for many games like Mass Effect 2 for example; but I really think a mouse and keyboard has a definite edge when dealing with the Dragon Age interface.

Plus you get mods on PC which is a nice bonus.

Exact same gameplay on xbox but the only difference is I didn't have to pause once

Not if its a FPS or TPS & after playing the DA2 demo on both PC & Xbox i found it a hell of a lot faster and smoother on PC but different folks different strokes[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/wink.png[/smilie]
