Professional designers for mods probably won't go for this because usually they like providing their craft to projects that are feasible or a very well structured mod idea. Like a comic book writer giving their script to a specific artist to render.
Anyways, because you didn't place a framework of your ideas or what positions need to be filled, it makes this look far too amateur-ish. Good luck with your search though.

Thats because it is, first time im looking for hiring someone. Thanks for the tips though, I will re-write this so its up to standards hopfully soon.
