All Bioware games, essentially. While when I play Zelda and Mario I am engrossed, I wouldnt say I'm emotionally invested, and even other games with good stories like Red Dead Redemption and Bioshock, dont quite push me over the edge. Something about Bioware though....

Nope, generally I don't. Oh some games might have the odd moment here and there that manages to move me, but very rarely more than that.
The only 2 exceptions that come to mind are Planescape: Torment and probably Red Dead Redemption.

I'd say that I'm emotionally dead inside, except I've got no problems getting emotionally invested in books or films or tv series. It's just games that fail in this regard for me.

I don't think I've ever played a game that I didn't get at least a little emotionally invested in. Which may sound a little ridiculous, but I do feel an attachment to a game and it's characters. But I get emotional about every story, pulled off well or mediocre, it doesn't matter.

EDIT: Seeing someone else mention it, I did forget: Fallout 3 has for some reason been a game that brings strong feelings. I don't know if it's the environment, the time I played it, or the storyline, but it has stuck with me.

The first game I ever got invested in was Morrowind, Oblivion didn't really do it for me - but the next game I got really invested in was ME1 and I never got the whole way through ME2 (Thats because I lost my PC to a crash) But I enjoy that one as well DAO I lost as well and just started playing it again.

Depends on the emotions.
I feel rage when playing online games and getting smoked six times at a spawn point.
But since everyone is talking about the touchy feely emotions, then I have to say not anymore. I did when I was younger back in the late 90's, playing rpgs like Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, and Suikoden 2, but now not so much.

Fallout 3.
I'm a long-time gamer and I've never experienced such feelings for a game.
That game is part of me and I am so much into it, even if I do not play for months.

If I come across at some Fallout 3 random pics or some screenshot in the internet its enough to make me feel strong emotions. So many good memories..!
In my office I have a vault-boy photo on my desk.
The FO3 one is also the only games' soundtrack I listen very often, even during travels.

Yes. The whole reason I play video games is for their stories. If one offers no chance of emotional resonance, then I'm none too interested. Bioware games haven't failed me yet and last year I also liked Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, and RDR.

The first time I remember getting emotionally invested in a game was when I was about twelve or thirteen and I played Final Fantasy IX. I remember turning to my cousin and going, "I didn't know video games could do that!"
