I knwo im gonna sound like a n00b but does anybody know if there are gonna be other towns and settlements besides kirkwall?Cause all i been hearing is Bioware's emphasis in how it plans to make kirkwall feel realistic and blah blah blah but besides that i havent heard much about the rest of the world,besides the wastelands,etc.
Is Kirkwall the only city?

The majority of the game takes place in Kirkwall, so probably yes.

there very well could be other settlements we get to explore, but none nearly as large as kirkwall

The review for the game seems to indicate that Kirkwall is the only city. Though I didn't read it in detail.
