"*Use at your own risk* - A possible way to address virtual memory leaks
in 64-bit machines having performance issues. Please note this has not
been tested by more than one person, and it involved searching for and
downloading 3rd party software... so tread carefully!

that link is wrong as it leads to a completely different topic please replace it with the proper link below

Actually, no, if you read the last post, you'll see that the author is talking about using third party software to fix the their supposed memory leak issue. I included the link against my better judgement-- I don't like recommending third-party software I have not tested. If you want your link pinned to the forum, I suggest you contact a moderator.

Solutions exist for 99% of the problems that PC users are experiencing and we need to do a better job of communicating those in a clear, concise, and official fashion.
For the 1% of critical blocking issues for which there are no solutions, we need to do a better job of identifying those and then working with users to find solutions that will get them unstuck. If that requires further code changes and patches, so be it.
This is going to be a long-term process and we aren't going to be able to solve everything overnight. We're going to ask that you be patient and bear with us. I'll start with some fresh documentation surrounding some of the core issues expressed in this thread and will attempt to post that next week. From there, we'll set up some threads to identify who is still experiencing major road blocks and we'll iterate from there.
I know this may seem like too little, too late but I'm here now and will do my best to help.

Many thanks, both for the kind words and for the pledge. In my experience, an honest effort can neither be too little, nor too late. I have no doubt the people who work hard to create these games are as passionate, in their own way, as those who invest their time and money playing them. "Origins" has already become much more than a video game for some people-- for me, in a short time, it's become like the old books I return to, or the movies or music I'd want on my desert island.
Between what you're planning here, and the commitment Bioware is obviously making by engaging its community of fans over in the DA2 forums-- these are welcome and refreshing events. I encourage the community at large to pitch in and help. Social networking at its best....
Thank you, again.

my apologies, i did not read through to the end of the topic, it was my own stupidity to judge a book by its cover (or in forum tirms Judge a Topic by its Title), you have been a great help on these forums

No problem. Like I said, I am a little uneasy about suggesting that people install thrid-party executables, so I opted to use the more vague language in that post. Perhaps, in hindsight, it's a little too vague.

Is there any solution to the fact that I can not use the DLCs that I paid for?
I'd be happy to try troubleshooting a little more with you. I see you have already started another post at http://social.biowar...8/index/7124100
Could you post your a description of your issue in that thread, along with information on your hardware, version of Windows, and type/version of the game (disc/digital download/steam and regular or Ultimate Edition)?
