This game is all about CHOICES I'm sure there are ways to avoid all of this in favor of other outcomes (not that they are better by any means, just different.) IMO it depends on the decisions you make and how you treat characters through out the game.

You didn't know? All the LI's have been confirmed as bi (With the exception of Sebastian).

Isabella we KNOW is bi, Merrill has been posted with pictures of herself making out and cuddling with a F!Hawke and Anders has been confirmed to have had an ex boyfriend. That naturally leaves Fenris to be bi as well.
