Fenris is psychotic...and not in the comical Minsc & Boo sort of way.

I think you will very likely have to kill him if you side with the mages. He doesn't seem like an easy friend either.

That's right on the money. Sebastian is your only romance option where you can't get down and dirty. (based on the info we have anyway)
