So far we've only found info on one possible end game boss fight ("Meredith boss battle")

The way to find these models is to move to the area outside the chantry and then randomly set main quest markers. NPCs will spawn in the area depending on which part of the story the game thinks it's in.

Probably not connected to a quest, so he can't be found. Gamestar said he had 1-2 mins of dialogue total.

 So I have wandered in here with my eyes shut tight and blind to everything but the post box, just to say I really appreciate that you made this thread for all the super spoilers. I am about to run away to my media blackout but um... yes. I haven't been massively spoiled yet by topic names and I think I have to thank this thread for that, so.

You can choose to attack them or not at the chantry. If you side with them you get attacked by a bunch of unfinished human models or by invisible qunari models if you don't side with them. Viscount Dumar shows up after the fight no matter which option you pick. That's all I've seen about it with the console.

You can teleport to a map where Kirkwall is -slightly- damaged by invading Qunari and there are some fires around. But they won't raze the city or anything.

By the way, the act structure is much clearer now:

Prologue: arrive in Kirkwall, ally with Smuggers or Mercenaries to get inside the city

Act 1: make money in the deep roads, recruit most/all of the companions, decide the fate of your sibling, meet the qunari

Act 2: Deal with the Qunari while the mage/chantry conflict heats up

Act 3: Deal with mage/chantry conflict, fight end boss (Meredith?)

Its so awesome. The irony is so thick I can taste it. Templars hunt mages because they fear them summoning, and becoming demons. But there own leader is a freakin abomination! Omg... I'm so happy right now.

Meredith being an abomination may also be what sparks the whole worldwide revolution thing. It breaks the mold so to say.
