She runs away with The Relic. It's a holy Qunari book that could allow the Qunari to leave if found.
But she steals it and runs away, The Qunari get mad, and theres a war.

So whoever you romance in the end (max friendship/max rivalry) then they won't leave or die in the end? I really don't want an unhappy ending D:

Also, does the romance scenes change depending on gender? Because I have noticed some flirt lines are a bit different depending on whether you're a male or female. (At least the Fenris thread posted something a bit different)

Nope. You can let her keep The Relic and turn it in to Castillion with her.
She will run away with it only if you tell her to give it to The Qun instead.

What im still interested in is the sibling turning Grey Warden (is awakening save needed) and if you can rescue Hawke's mother.

Just watched the second Dev chat/stream and Mike heavily hinted that speaking with people a lot *could* make all the difference..

now she is afraid and want to save her skin, and the only way is the relic

It seemed non-optional. I had to kill him.
AS FOR SAVING HIS MUM:
It MAY be possible to save her if you go do the murderer quest STRAIGHT AWAY.
I did some side quests after I found out his mum was missing and this may have affected the outcome.
Will let you know.
