I expect a million HOLY SH** after you guys watch this.
See how amazing the game actually is.
This is Anders dying and stuff.
Hee. Didn't watch the whole thing. Just the last 1:30 of it. Mostly so I can say I've seen his death, because I hightly doubt I have the emotional ability to kill him.
Disappointing that all roads lead there, no matter what, though. Seems like F/R are just ways to get different sex scenes, and have no influence on the plot. <_<
I dunno if it'll work that way for everyone, though. Anders is the only character who seems locked into doing something, so who knows.
But, um. Damn. Anders. I get it. I don't know if I completely support it, but I get it. I thought his reaction was good- knew what he did, and accepted the consequences. It really does remind me of the Loghain choice- just a lot harder because he's with you the entire game. Midnight tomorrow cannot come soon enough now.

Is there anywhere to watch a live stream of someone playing? Or were they all removed ? Thanks in advance.
We're not allowed to talk about streams in this thread, so please don't ask about it.

HOLY SH**.
And you know what the sad thing is?
I think it will be easier for me to side with Anders now, call me crazy! Yes, it completely tragic that it had to come to that... But he makes complete and utter sense! He has forced a change... no room for compromise. Nothing would ever change otherwise. Each side has their downfalls... their inabilities to compromise. He has made this all too terribly clear to me. And I did see a bit of remorse on his part, given the subtle expressions ... but he is clearly accepting the consequences.
I will like to see a romance play through on this, to see if options change at all. But... Anders, his awesomeness just grew ten fold. Ho. Ly. Sh**.

Is there a way we can appeal this ban? Please, Mr. Gaider, Klace has been really nice throughout this whole thing, and he's kept his spoilers to this thread only! Please, please give us back our beloved Klace!

Oh, I'm sure it is. Anders was just the one character that I wanted to influence...
Oh, I wish there was a midnight release here. I'll have to wait until morning before I can go get my game and guide. Because the guide is totally going ot be necessary for this game.

Just so unforgivable.
Possibly having a sister in the circle would certainly make it quite a bit more likely to side with them while having a Brother in the Templars would give a mage second thoughts about fighting the templars.
Such tough choices, far worst than anything in Origins.

Eeeesh, Anders D:
But I guess I sort of understand where he's coming from. Not saying it was a good thing to do, but after enduring so much oppression and abuse from the Chantry, I suppose it makes sense that the mages would strike back. Honestly, I think I'll side with him anyways. He's aware of what he did and crazy as it seems, his decision makes sense.

OMG, CARVER BECOMES A GREY WARDEN AND HE LOOKS GOOD WITH GRIFFONS ON HIS CHEST!
....but seriously, let's all support Klace.

That video gave me some context and Anders doesn't seem to be so nefarious anymore. He's the lesser of two evils now.
Now, the world don't move to the beat of just one drum,
What might be right for you, may not be right for some.
A man is born, he's a man of means.
Then along come two, they got nothing but their jeans.
But they got, Diff'rent Strokes.
It takes, Diff'rent Strokes.
It takes, Diff'rent Strokes to move the world.
Just goes to show you how different interpretations can be. Anders totally struck me as an irredeemable jackass in that video. I am loathe to murder-knife my own companions, but I just don't see that going down any other way. I do plan on siding with the mages, though, I guess.
Also, Anders' comment about how their can be no compromise struck me as some pretty revolting meta-commentary by the writers. They've made it clear that they don't believe in happy endings. That's sad! I feel sorry for them.*
I'm unsurprised the ending's going to be so dark and hopeless, because that's just the way this series has been going. I'm still excited, though. It looks like I'll like most of the companions and the journey. The ending's just going to be a bust- like it always is.
*I am certain they care.

I thought about it, and in the end, he's sort of right, isn't he? Orsino and Meredith turn out to both be corrupt. Neither the Circle or the Templars were the "right" answer. It's going to have to be something else. You could definitely argue his method for changing things, especially if the High Cleric is as progressive as mentioned before, but this was all still going on under her rule. I think the debate is never going to end on whether he should have blown up the Chantry to do it, but his reasons...those seem to be right.

My opinion of this vid:
Loghain & Andrasdate united people before they drove off the oppressors, as any statesman with common sense would do, Anders , however, with mere impulse of justice, Anything he does will unsurprisingly turn out to be opposite, for people will not stand beside him.
That is the difference between a hero and a terriorst, but I don't expect Anders would even acknowledge that.
