Regarding Meredith being possesed, isnt the Tevinter/Imperial Chantry ruled and manned by mages? Could it be Meredith is a Tevinter Agent, thus explaining the presence of the Qunari and the assertion that the world is in the brink of war? With the champion of Kirkwall being the only person to know whether this is true or not due to his "closeness" the 4 most powerful people in Kirkwall?

I like that possibility. :happy:  Would love to see more exploration with the Tevinters beyond the Fenris story thread.

You gotta wonder about that.  Why on earth is the magister going to buy a mansion (or have one randomly) in a town in the Free Marches that your escaped slave is just passing thorugh.  Not that I'm complaining!  At least he doesn't live in the alienage like poor Merrill.

My theory about Meredith. If you side with Mages you fight her because she is trying to put down your mage revolt while if you side with The templars you fight her because the First Enchanter Elf dude is controlling her with Blood mage.

They were never really revealed to be companions anyway.  If you look on the bioware website, the siblings aren't there.
