Something like that. I have seen games with leftover code from other freaking games so I imagine removing code from the demo would take a lot more work than it would have been worth.

It happens sometimes. I bought the Sims 3 a week early. Plus, I remember getting Resident Evil 5 a week early after ordering it on Amazon. Technically, it's illegal, but still possible.

Types of google documents available:
Regular Document
Spreadsheet
Presentation
Form
Drawing
Collection.

I have a feeling just Document will work, but I'd rather have input before I started.

This happens where I work, too, but that's with books and not games.  Although usually we get new releases 3 to 4 days in advance, not a week like this apparent game retailer.    And yes, stores can get in HUGE trouble if corporate finds out they're selling things that are strict-on-sale.

Very true. They just aren't allowed to sell it before release date, but some small retailers do occasionally. It isn't unheard of here in the USA either.

I'll just wait then. Blargh. But I don't see retailers putting out these games for fear of being caught. What if someone were to spill the beans, big doo doo. That means spoilers gallor everywhere, but I might be ok with that lol

Normal doc works fine. It just needs to be a list. If you want to get fancy you could organize it from minor to major spoilers, but really as long as all of the info we have is easily acessible, that's what matters.

Well mine was pre ordered, not like there would be a paper trail. All I am doing is showing proof of purchase with my receit and I'm going to pick it up. Maybe that will work.
