I think that the Sundermount quest happens year 2 or 3, so the blight is probably over.

Where does that put Zevran in the timing of events for Hawke and what is happening in Fereldan?

It is my understanding that the vast majority of the game takes place Post-Blight, but to heck if I can remember where I heard that...meh, it's getting late.

I do not understand what Zevran doing in dalish camp and why he is not in Kirkwall? He told on numerous occasions that he is a city elf himself and do not appreciate dalish life style.

The only reason I see is that after he finish his crow business and become a master he is trying to find information about his mother and thus travel from one dalish clan to another.
Strange idea , I know.

An off-screen reference, or even a non-speaking appearance of our Warden's seems possible considering how many of the love interest's appear in the game. The most we can hope for realistically is a 'oh he's off in the deep roads at the moment, but something came up I need help with'... but it's something. Considering how much love Origins got for it's epilogue I doubt Bioware would retcon it totally.

Zevran himself says he's not the type to cheat. He wouldn't do something like that. No matter how "irrestible" Lady Hawke was.

Even if they did retcon Anders a bit -- and to be honest, Anders currently is terrifying, especially when Vengeance takes over -- I don't think they'd retcon a HUGE character development. 

Death is a character development, admittedly, or just an 'end button'. Whichever you would think. Still, pretty sure old Zev wouldn't cheat, or take another lover. This doesn't apply to flings on the 'take another lover' end. It implies he still takes men and women into bed, but never falls in love again; something like being purely for pleasure, maybe? Other than that, yeah, he wouldn't cheat and I don't see Bioware cheapening/backing out too much on existing character development [aside from death].

At least 2, quite sure there are far more.
The first being the one we see in the demo when Flemeth is talking about the darkspawn taint to Hawke, Aveline and co. in Lothering. 
The second being when Varric recounts the first year in Kirkwall, saying that news of the Hero of Ferelden defeating the Blight reaches Kirkwall.  A few mentions of this one in this thread.
