This did not happen in my game. Loghain only ever asked me about it when Riordan revealed how an Archdemon is destroyed. And I did have Loghain with me for the Archdemon, he even did a finishing move on it.

He has Alistair and the dialogue doesn't come up. Also, in his next video both Alistair and him are alive in the epilogue.

@Addai, there is a quest screenie at the beginning of this thread, saying he was in the Deep Road.

Just have to get a actual screenie of him in.

As I mentioned in a previous thread, I like spoilers. I love seeing how things play out more so than how they end up. Sure I sometimes like things better if they're not spoiled, but it is rare. I find, if you know what happens, it is easier to appreciate the way things build up to said spoilers.

Personally I am already looking forward to the Carver event. I am just wondering when it will happen. As an eldest child with a younger brother and sister, I am very close with my brother even. When I left for college it was a tough situation considering how close we were. It was more like a parting of ways, a point where I knew my life had changed. Seeing how Bioware's writers will handle the various outcomes of this situation will be very interesting to see and I look forward to seeing it.

Agreed. I'm looking forward to the sibling event as well. It's one thing to know whats going to happen, but experiencing it and seeing the reactions of others, including your characters, is more rewarding. I SAY BRING IT!<3

What happens and how it happens are two different things.

i don't if this idea has been thrown out there so i'm going toss out just the heck of it.
but what if siblings rejoins the party later on in the story? just something came across reading this thread again

I think I got that tinkling suspicion while read some pages during the big Beth/Carver revelation as well. There was this screenie saying the Hawk thought Beth/Carver was dead, but he/she made it....

You sure? I thought Grey Warden, Alistair or Loghain could make the final blow regardless of the DR. Even so I doubt they'd ignore all the stuff we did in Origins and Awakening after saying our stuff carries over because if they did that I quarentee you I'd probably stop supporting Bioware for flat out lying to fans.

I do the DR each time and there was never a choice of who specifically made the final blow, and I usually bring the other Warden each time.

The whole Leliana thing went over without too many people saying much about it. Despite what the description of her amulet reads, I do believe our Wardens have been lied to--or at the very least the absolute truth was kept from them.

Ooooo this game just gets juicier by the minute.

If there is no DR and you are romancing Alistair, he will take the blow for you, whether you like it or not.

Hope so it seems pretty stupid to kill off one of them in the beginning supposedly to make sure there is a mage in the family and then have it mean essentially nothing.
